Credit: Eleanor StillsWith Crosby, Stills & Nash wrapping up their spring tour a few weeks ago, the group’s members are turning their attention to summer solo treks. Graham Nash‘s previously announced solo outing gets under way with a July 12 show in Courtenay, Canada, and now the singer/songwriter has added a series of dates to his tour’s end.

The new concerts, which all take place on the East Coast, run from an August 16 performance in Woodstock, New York, at Levon Helm Studios, aka The Barn, and wind down with a show at City Winery in New York City.

The shows, billed as “An Evening with Graham Nash,” will feature Nash singing classic tunes from his groups The Hollies, CSN and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, as well as songs from his solo catalog, including some brand-new compositions.

Tickets and special benefit seats for most of Nash’s concerts are available for purchase now at GrahamNash.com/Tour. Proceeds raised by the benefit seats will go toward the Guacamole Fund, while Graham also will be donating one dollar from every concert ticket sold to charity.

In other news, Nash played a special concert in Cleveland on June 5 with the Contemporary Youth Orchestra and Chorus. According to ClevelandClassical.com, the event was recorded for a CD and for future broadcast.

As for Nash’s CSN band mates, Crosby kicked off his own trek last week, while Stills will embark on a solo outing July 6 in Alexandria, Virginia.
