Webster PRKC and the Sunshine Band are among the artists who’ve joined the lineup of the 2015 edition of A Capitol Fourth, the annual Independence day special that airs live on PBS from the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. As previously reported, Barry Manilow will headline this year’s event, which also will feature the National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jack Everly.

Other newly announced music acts who will perform on the special include country stars Alabama and Hunter Hayes; pop singer Nicole Scherzinger; classical pianist Lang Lang; Irish tenor Ronan Tynan; and The Voice contestant Meghan Linsey. In addition, actor Robert Davi will deliver a special tribute to Frank Sinatra in honor of what would have been the late crooner’s 100th birthday.

A Capitol Fourth will air on PBS on July 4 from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. ET, and also will be broadcast on the American Forces Network.

Manilow will kick off the extravaganza, which is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its first TV broadcast, with a special patriotic medley, and will appear during the finale as the country’s largest fireworks display will be held in Washington, D.C.
