Warner Bros. RecordsCher shared some exciting news on her Twitter feed this week. The legendary singer and actress tweeted she’d spent three days working with a guy named Rick, whom she said is the writer of a “Cher Musical.”

She added she and Rick “had so much fun,” while pointing out that he also wrote Jersey Boys. The Rick in question is Rick Elice, who co-wrote of the Tony-winning Broadway show about Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, as well as the feature film based on the stage production.

Cher ended the note with a little self-critiquing comment suggesting she may be a bit difficult to work with, writing, “Hhmmm… She’ll be more of a PAIN.”

Following Cher’s tweet, Playbill.com asked Elice about the musical, who responded he had little to share about the project. “The fact is, we’re just getting started so I don’t think there’s a story for you yet,” he said. “No answers at this point, only questions.”
