Credit: Myrna SuarezBilly Joel will continue his record-breaking residency at Madison Square Garden into 2016, the legendary New York City venue announced Thursday.

Joel’s 25th consecutive show at the Garden will take place January 7, 2016. It’ll be the 71st performance of his career at the arena. The Piano Man currently holds the records for “Longest Run of Any Artist” and “Most Number of Performances by Any Artist” for Madison Square Garden. Joel’s unique residency kicked off December of 2013, and since then he’s played one show per month there. All 24 shows since then have sold out.

Citi cardmembers can grab tickets for the January 7 show on Monday, November 16, at 10 a.m. ET via Citiprivatepass.com. Everyone else can get in on the action on Friday, November 20, via Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. ET.

Billy’s final Garden show of 2015 will be December 17. He’ll ring in 2016 at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida.
