Although, the Allman Brothers retired last year, most of the group’s members will be performing either solo or with their various current projects next year.

The bill for the 12th annual fest features Gregg Allman; Les Brers, an outfit including drummers Butch Trucks and Jaimoe, bassist Oteil Burbridge and percussionist Marc Quinones; and guitarist Warren Haynes, who’ll be playing with Gov’t Mule and his solo group The Ashes & Dust Band. Jaimoe also will perform with his Jasssz Band, while Burbridge will be hitting the stage with a collective dubbed Oteil & Friends.

Other acts on the lineup include founding Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann‘s band Billy & the Kids, the “electric” version of Hot Tuna, Widespread Panic, Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers, acclaimed jazz bassist Stanley Clarke, Umphrey’s McGee and many others.

Early bird general admission three-day passes and VIP packages are available for purchase now at WaneeFestival.com. As usual, the fest will be held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak.
