Reprise RecordsTom Petty‘s pre-Heartbreakers band Mudcrutch has announced the details of their sophomore album. Fittingly titled 2, the record will be released on May 20. You can pre-order 2 now via MudcrutchMusic.com, which will net you downloads of three tracks from the album, including the lead single “Trailer.”

2 includes 11 new songs, seven written by Petty and one each written by the other Mudcrutch members: Mike Campbell, Tom Leadon, Randall Marsh and Benmont Tench.

Along with the album announcement, Mudcrutch has also revealed plans for a headlining tour in support of 2. The trek begins May 26 in Denver and concludes June 28 in Santa Ana, California. Tickets will go on sale starting April 1.

Mudcrutch was formed in 1970 and broke up five years later before releasing a full album. The band — including Petty — then reformed several years back and put out a self-titled debut album in 2008.

Here is the track list for 2:

“Trailer”
“Dreams of Flying”
“Beautiful Blue”
“Beautiful World”
“I Forgive It All”
“The Other Side of the Mountain”
“Hope”
“Welcome to Hell”
