August 28, 2009 – Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Hawaii Fugitive Task Force arrested 64 year old Peter Bitner on an outstanding arrest warrant out of San Diego, CA. The warrant issued by the San Diego District Attorney’s Office charged Bitner with “Lewd acts upon a child”; specifically Child Molestation, Oral Copulation of a Minor, and Penetration with a Foreign Object.
