While in the birthplace of grunge, McCartney was joined by Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic for a performance of the Beatles classic “Helter Skelter.” You can watch fan-recorded footage of the live collaboration now on YouTube.

“Paul McCartney is the best!” Novoselic tweeted after the performance.

McCartney and Novoselic previously worked together on a song called “Cut Me Some Slack,” which also featured Dave Grohl on drums. The track won Best Rock Song at the 2014 Grammys.

The One on One tour continues April 19 in Vancouver.
