Ed Miles; F. Scott SchaferLed Zeppelin‘s Robert Plant and Blondie‘s Debbie Harry and Chris Stein are part of the lineup of director David Lynch‘s inaugural Festival of Disruption, scheduled for October 8 and 9 at the Ace Hotel and Theatre in Los Angeles.

The event, which is being curated by Lynch, will offer attendees an immersive multimedia experience featuring musical and dance performances, DJs, discussions, art exhibits, virtual reality displays, film screenings, meditation sessions and more.

Plant and his current band, The Sensational Space Shifters, are among the music acts that will perform, while Harry and Stein will take part in a discussion event. Other celebrities who will give talks during the festival include Mel Brooks and Blue Velvet co-stars Kyle McLachlan and Laura Dern. There also will be an exhibit of Stein’s photos.

Tickets for the Festival of Disruption are on sale now at the event’s website.

All proceeds from the festival will benefit the David Lynch Foundation, which provides Transcendental Meditation education programs to domestic-violence victims, veterans suffering PTSD, at-risk young people and many others.
