Credit: Amy GranthamBesides his well-known musical talents, Graham Nash is an accomplished photographer, and the two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will be honored for his photographic achievements at two special events this month.

This Saturday, October 23, Nash will receive the Double Exposure Award at the 14th annual Lucie Awards, which will be held at Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall in New York City. The Lucies acknowledge outstanding contributions to the field of photography. Then, on October 28, the folk-rock legend will be inducted into the International Photography Hall of Fame in St. Louis along with documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, renowned shutterbug Annie Leibovitz and four others.

Nash has long been a respected photographer, and he also is a pioneer in high-quality digital photo printing.

In addition, Graham will give the keynote speech at the PhotoPlus Expo, which is scheduled for Thursday, October 20, at the Javits Convention Center in New York. At the event, he will discuss his digital printmaking studio, Nash Editions, and will chat with award-winning photographer Mark Seliger about some of the interesting pics he’s taken throughout his life.

Meanwhile, Nash will take part in a Q&A session and intimate acoustic performance promoting his latest solo album, This Path Tonight, on November 16 at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. Joining Graham at the event will be his touring guitarist and This Path Tonight collaborator Shane Fontayne.

Graham also will perform at a December 5 concert at The Town Hall in New York to benefit the Keswell School, which offers educational programs for young people with autism.
