Eric Ryan AndersonSting has announced plans to hit the road early next year in support of his newly released solo album, 57th & 9th. The tour will kick off with a North American leg that gets underway February 1 in Vancouver, Canada, and is mapped out through a March 14 concert in New York City.

The former Police frontman will be accompanied on the trek by a three-piece band featuring his longtime guitarist Dominic Miller, Miller’s son Rufus on guitar and former Guns N’ Roses and Nine Inch Nails touring drummer Josh Freese. The tour also will feature guest performances from Sting’s son Joe Sumner and The Last Bandoleros, a San Antonio-based Tex-Mex group that contributed backing vocals to 57th & 9th.

Tickets for Rock and Roll Hall of Famers’s 2017 North American dates go on sale to the general public next Monday, November 21. Fans will receive a free download of 57th & 9th for each ticket they purchase online. Pre-order tickets will be available to fan club members and Citi card members starting on Tuesday and Thursday, respectively.

In addition, Sting’s lined up a European tour leg running from a March 21 concert in Barcelona, Spain, through an April 12-13 stand in Paris, and is also planning to schedule shows in South America and Asia.
