NBCUniversalBilly Joel, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan and Madonna are among the many performers featured on the star-studded TV special Tony Bennett Celebrates 90: The Best Is Yet to Come, which airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. The show, which commemorates Bennett’s recent 90th birthday, also includes performances by Lady Gaga, Michael Buble and other well-known singers.

The special is hosted by Alec Baldwin, who delivers a spot-on impersonation of Bennett. In addition, a wide variety of other celebrities make appearances on the program, among them Paul McCartney, Keith Richards, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Oprah Winfrey, Bruce Willis, Garth Brooks, Don Rickles, Regis Philbin, John McEnroe and even Miss Piggy and Homer Simpson.

The show also includes segments during which Bennett reflects on his life and career achievements, accompanied by photos and archival footage.

Explaining what he hopes people will get out of the special, Bennett says, “I’d like to prove that at 90 years old, I’m just starting out. I have a lot to learn, yet.”

Tony Bennett Celebrates 90 was taped in September at New York City’s famous Radio City Music Hall, not long after the legendary crooner’s actual 90th birthday on August 3.
