The soulful, rocking track can be pre-ordered now at iTunes.

You can check out a video of Roadcase Royale performing “Get Loud” live exclusively at RollingStone.com. The clip was shot by veteran rock photographer Neal Preston. Wilson tells Rolling Stone that Preston is “a dear friend” who she’s “literally known since I was a perm-haired girl in the early 1980s.”

As for the song, Nancy says it was written around a track that keyboardist Chris Joyner — a member of both Heart and Roadcase Royale — mainly came up with that she “fell in love with.”

Roadcase Royale currently has just one performance on its schedule, a headlining set at the fifth annual Rock Against MS Benefit Concert, scheduled for March 25 at the Los Angeles Theatre in L.A. Wilson also will perform with an all-star band at the event. For more info, visit Facebook.com/RockAgainstMSFoundation.
