Credit: Mo SummersEx-Police guitarist Andy Summers is taking part in an interview-and-performance event at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles tonight that’s sold out, but don’t let that drive you to tears! You’ll be able to watch the event for free online at the BOSS musical-gear company’s official Facebook page.

The event will be held at the museum’s Clive Davis Theater, and will begin streaming live at 8 p.m. PT. It will feature Summers performing selections from his upcoming solo album, Triboluminescence, which will be released on Friday, March 24.

During the evening, Andy will chat about the record and his long music career with Grammy Foundation vice president Scott Goldman and field questions from the audience. There will also be a multimedia presentation of his photography, for which he’ll provide improvised musical accompaniment.

Fans who view the live stream will be able to submit questions for Summers via the webpage’s comments section.

Triboluminescence is a collection of original instrumental tracks that find Summers exploring a variety of exotic musical sounds and genres.
