The July 9 show will feature the former Van Halen frontman taking a trip to Las Vegas, where he visits with Styx and ex-Eagles guitarist Don Felder during the two acts’ joint residency earlier this year at the Venetian Theater. The program also captures Hagar joining Styx and Felder onstage to jam on the Eagles classic “Hotel California,” and hanging out with comedian Carrot Top.

The following episode, debuting July 16, will follow Hagar to San Francisco, where he rocks out with two of his Chickenfoot band mates: guitar whiz Joe Satriani and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.

The July 23 installment of Rock & Roll Road Trip will feature Sammy visiting with ex-Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil in Nashville, while the July 30 episode will find the Red Rocker jetting over to the Hawaiian island of Maui for an intimate dinner with famed rock manager Shep Gordon and a star-studded jam session with Fleetwood Mac drummer Mick Fleetwood and others.

The August 6 episode will focus on the 2017 South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, where Sammy delivers a keynote speech and takes part in a rap-rock jam with Run-DMC‘s Darryl “DMC” McDaniels.

Closing out the season will be a show featuring Hagar interviewing his good friend, The Voice coach and Maroon Five singer Adam Levine.
