Credit: Suzie KaplanFounding Stray Cats frontman Brian Setzer will be hitting the road with his solo band in June for a new U.S. installment of his Rockabilly Riot! tour. The trek is scheduled to run from a June 1 show in Santa Ynez, California, through a June 24 concert in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Tickets for the concerts will go on sale to the general public Friday, February 16, at 10 a.m. local time. Pre-sale tickets will be available for members of Setzer’s fan club starting Tuesday, February 13, at 10 a.m. local time, while a local pre-sale also will be offered beginning Thursday, February 15, at 10 a.m. Visit for more details.

Prior to the tour, Setzer and his group will play a headlining set on May 19 at the Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival in Annapolis, Maryland. The band features upright bassist Mark Winchester, piano player Kevin McKendree and drummer Noah Levy, all of whom played on Setzer’s 2014 solo album, Rockabilly Riot!: All Original.

First up for Setzer, though, will be a previously announced reunion performance with The Stray Cats on Saturday, April 21, in Las Vegas at The Orleans during the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend festival. The rockabilly trio’s headlining set at the event will mark the first time that the band will perform together in North America in a decade.
