Genesis PublicationsLed Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page will celebrate the release of the updated version of his self-titled photographic autobiography by taking part in a special Q&A event on November 12 at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles. Conducting the interview with the rock legend will be Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell.

The event, called “An Evening with Jimmy Page in Conversation with Chris Cornell,” will also feature a presentation of previously unseen photos and pieces of memorabilia, many which come from Page’s personal archives. The guitar great is expected to share recollections about various periods of his eventful life, from his childhood experiences as a choirboy and his stint as an in-demand session musician, through his tenure in The Yardbirds, his years with Led Zeppelin, and more.

Tickets for the event will go on sale to the general public starting on Friday via Ticketmaster.com as well as at a number of local retail outlets. Pre-sale tickets will be available to American Express card holders beginning Wednesday at 10 a.m. PT.

Meanwhile, Page also will make a book-signing appearance at the Barnes & Noble store at The Grove at Farmers Market in L.A. on November 11 at 7 p.m. PT.

Jimmy Page will be published on October 14. The tome, which is the first book to be penned by a member of Led Zeppelin, includes more 650 images chosen personally by Page. To find out more about the book, visit JimmyPageBook.com.
