Blue Castle RecordsDavid Crosby is treating us to two special releases in celebration of the holiday season: a limited-edition 10-inch vinyl single featuring two songs from his 2014 solo album, CROZ, and an expanded digital version of the record.

The single, which hit stores Monday, contains the CROZ tunes “Dangerous Night” and “Radio,” and comes on red vinyl. Only 5,000 copies of the 45-rpm disc will be available.

the deluxe digital edition of CROZ, which will be released Monday, November 24, will include the album’s 11 tracks, plus video footage of Crosby performing those same songs in concert at The Troubadour club in Los Angeles. The download also features video of the folk-rock legend singing additional songs, including his memorable Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young tune “Déjà Vu,” and the classic Byrds hit “Turn, Turn Turn,” the latter a duet with his ex-Byrds band mate Chris Hillman.

Released last January, CROZ is a collection of jazzy, meditative tunes that Crosby co-produced with his son, Crosby, Stills & Nash keyboardist James Raymond. The album includes several songs that Crosby co-wrote with Raymond, and features guest appearances by such well-known musicians as Mark Knopfler, acclaimed jazz trumpet player Wynton Marsalis, and veteran session bassist Leland Sklar.
