Fourteen years later, Tyler reportedly is set to take part in another Super Bowl-related event, although this one will happen a day before the big game.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the Aerosmith frontman will be one of the performers at Rolling Stone magazine’s pre-Super Bowl party, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, at The Venue Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona. About 1,000 guests are expected to attend the bash, which will feature a number of musical acts and DJs, food prepared by a famous chef and a variety of themed areas and activities. This year’s event will be the fourth annual pe-Super Bowl party hosted by the magazine.

The game itself, Super Bowl XLIX, takes place Sunday, February 1, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Katy Perry will be the halftime show headliner.
