Universal Music EnterprisesRolling Stones fans will have to wait a little longer before they get the chance to unzip the new reissues of the band’s classic 1971 album Sticky Fingers. The release of the remastered record has been pushed back two weeks, from May 26 to June 9.

The Stones revealed that the reason for the delay is that some versions of the release featuring a handmade zipper are taking longer than expected to manufacture.

As previously reported, the Sticky Fingers reissue will be available in a variety of formats and configurations. Among the various versions is a Super Deluxe Edition box set that features bonus tracks including studio outtakes, alternate takes and live recordings; a DVD featuring footage of the band performing at a 1971 London club show; a seven-inch vinyl single containing “Brown Sugar” and “Wild Horses”; collectible postcards, a poster and a print; a replica cutout of the band; and a 120-page limited-edition hardcover book.
