Heidi introduces you and the kids to simple techniques for learning and practicing coping skills that show you how to decompress, relax and stay stress free. Kids will think they’re playing while they’re really gaining the benefits of yoga! Sessions begin with warm-up activities and include breathing and stretching techniques. Come enjoy the music of Nashville artist Tim Thompson, this Wed. Sept. 30^th at 7:30pm in the Arts Center Studio. Thompson will appear here with his son Myles, already a fine fiddle player at 15. Tim is the 2008 Walnut Valley Festival International Finger-style Guitar Championship. Since moving to Nashville in 1993 he has released 6 albums and produced numerous records for other artists.
