Ishpeming, Michigan – June 25, 2015 – Brian McFalda will get to kick back and relax all summer long in his fantastic new sauna built from Hiawatha Log Homes’ 12′ x 14′ Oulu Lodge Sauna Kit! He took home the grand prize at our $7,500 Hiawatha Oulu Loge Sauna Giveaway Party at the Red Rock Lanes in Ishpeming!
Many contestants came to the Red Rock Lanes early, hoping to get their choice seat for the party. The line of chatty contestants looped through the hallway and out into the parking lot! Once the doors opened at 6:30pm, Amy and Jen moved the long line of guests through the doors, got each contestant registered and into the banquet area.
With a table overflowing with door prizes, we decided that the best way to kick off the party was to hand out a little swag before dinner.
Once the delicious smell of Mama Russo’s new grilled Yooper Beer Brats wafted into the banquet area, the guests started lining up to fill their plates with brats and fresh, homemade salads.
After the contestants had filled up and plates had been swept away by the attentive staff at the Red Rock Lanes and Entertainment Center, it was time for a little game. Competing for a night of free bowling or a free pizza, the guests tried their hands at a washer toss.
Then, Nakeesha Airaudi’s ticket was drawn as the winner of the Finn Wolf Knife from Blades ‘N Shades. Beth Collins won a $50 Visa card from BioLife by guessing the number of Life Savors in a jar! Then, seven lucky finalists came up to center stage. They lined up after picking out an envelope. On cue, the finalists ripped open their envelopes to reveal their prizes.
Brian McFalda couldn’t believe his luck when he pulled out the winning ticket for the $7,500 Oulu Lodge Sauna Kit from Hiawatha Log Homes and Great Lakes Radio! Although only Brian won the grand prize, the rest of the finalists were pretty ecstatic about their envelopes too. Each envelope held a certificate to win great gifts like gift baskets from Super One Foods, a complete auto detailing from Hoover’s Auto body and a leather satchel with headphones and other items stuffed inside from Bacardi.
