The Munising Mustang Competitive Cheer Team is proving they’re a definite force in Division 3 Competitive Cheer. The ‘Stangs stepped up and took 2nd place in the Marquette Cheer Challenge on Saturday, January 14th, falling by 2.985 points to Kingsford. After Round two, the Orange and Black faced a 11.485 point deficit. But, the Girls made solid ground in Round three, by defeating the Flivvers with a score of 303.0 to 294.5.
Congratulations Mustangs! Their next competition is the Eskymo Invite in Escanaba on Saturday, January 21st, where they’ll go head-to-head against Iron Mountain and Kingsford, along with Gladstone and Escanaba. GOOD LUCK LADIES!
