A huge congratulations to the Munising Mustang Cheer Team! They competed in the Breckenridge Cheers Invitational in downstate Breckenridge. With an overall score of 722.1480 they were crowned Champions! This win comes after a rough streak of competitions where the Mustangs struggled.
Breckenridge hosted 20 different schools in all four divisions. Munising beat out seven teams in Division 4 to claim the prize. Merrill snagged second with a score of 711.4, while Gobles rounded out the top three at 679.16.
Also, Congratulations to the Munising Middle School Competitive Team who took First Place in the Middle School Division!
Their next competition is at home on Saturday, February 4th in the High School Gym. Join them at 1pm and cheer on the Orange & Black!
