Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 Red Rock Lanes, Ishpeming, MI – It was an exciting night to be at Red Rock Lanes in Ishpeming, thanks to Gwinn Furniture Outlet’s $6,000 Bedroom Set Giveaway! My name is Joe, and I work for the amazing people at Great Lakes Radio! Last night was my first giveaway experience, and I have to say that I was blown away by the sheer number of people that turned out for the contest! I run the board for WQXO’s sports broadcasts, and I put Munising Mustangs’ announcer Mike James on the air. Yesterday was the first time that I got to meet Mr. James in person, and I have to say that he is just as nice in person as he is over the air! He has a towering stature, but he’s incredibly kind and personable! It was so great to get to meet him, and I can’t wait until the Mustangs start playing next season!
I also got to see the Mama Russo’s team in action! They brought in the most amazing spread of fine Italian food one could imagine! There was lasagna, sausage, pasta, and so much more, and, thanks to the great staff of Red Rock Lanes in Ishpeming, there was just about anything to drink! Congratulations to Brian Lillie on winning Gwinn Furniture Outlet’s $6,000 Bedroom Set Giveaway! Gwinn Furniture Outlet wanted to cure someone’s “bad night’s sleep”, and that’s exactly what they did for Brian! He’s going to be enjoying some fine new cedar log furniture, so he’s assured to sleep like a baby!
